If you are tired of paying for baklava for 150 lire and tea for 60, then here you are! A large selection of dishes at a very attractive price. Everything is very tasty, prompt delivery. The price for Turkish tea is 6 lire, lentil soup is 30 lire + you will be served bread, and even a local interesting sauce, Iskander 140 lire was taken for the second (a large portion), plus a local dessert for 40 lire.
We live in Loleli, we haven't found even close to such an institution. And clean and cozy in its own way, tasty, fast - not expensive. Come on in, you won't regret it.
I had lunch 2 times. The first time I really liked it, I took Iskander kebab, the second time they served burnt kefte. The boys on the 3rd floor serve better than the men on the 4th.
From serving dishes in a jug (?) they make an interesting show:)
For 350 lire, I took the second, dessert and coffee, they also served free bread, snacks, tea with sugar.
Nevertheless, I advise you to come in, the price / quality ratio is excellent, they serve you quickly even with a full landing.
We went to the cafe according to reviews. The staff is really fire.
But be prepared that it may be a little crowded in the evening. Fortunately, there are monitors on the facade and you can see if there are places.
Amateur food. The soup is delicious.
I have never eaten soup in the evening before :)
In general, no complaints - the level of service is not bad, but very far from the restaurants (rare) of Istanbul.
A great place to eat well. Price/quality - 5 points. Several floors, lots of visitors, fast service. A large selection of dishes, close to the tram

Very tasty food, large (huge) portions. The staff is polite. Comfort and romance are not the right place, but if you are hungry and have come to eat delicious food, you are here. The establishment does not sell alcohol.
The best cafe on the block! The prices are affordable, the waiters serve promptly, and most importantly, everything is very tasty! I recommend everything to visit!
The food is delicious, the price matches the menu, the portions are large, the average check is 500 lira per person. The open kitchen smells a little like food.
Always staying in this area of Istanbul, I visit this cafe. The hotel is close, the food is delicious, the prices are adequate. Lahmajun took it to take away, they also put a salad) I like to sit on the 2nd floor by the windows. At prices - chicken kebab 100tl, lahmajun-40tl, soup about 30tl.ayran is served in a large glass with foam!!! I recommend it!
A wonderful cafe, a modest kitchen, maybe not even diverse for someone. But the signature dish Ortaklar is simply delicious, and even after trying other dishes, we stopped at only one. There are a lot of people, so the service is not instant, but delicious bread and snacks will brighten up the wait.
At the crossroads. Cool view from the window. Sitting closer to the corner, next to the window, you can have a wide view, enjoy the landscape of the area.
The best restaurant in Istanbul. We went in once and came back again! Cheap, tasty, do not cheat. They offer a lot of free tea, adjika and tortillas! If you're going to be here, go up to the third floor. The best waiters here are Mehmet, Recep!
A wonderful cafe! Reasonable prices, large portions, pleasant and attentive staff, the guys speak Russian! They offered free tea, flatbread and adjika, very nice.
A great cafe. We were in Istanbul for 4 days. Of all the places that we visited, this is the most delicious and affordable! Almost always a full fit, this is the best review!
Turkish cuisine. We liked the food. Keep in mind that the portions are large, you can plan a dish for two. The cafe has several floors, so when you enter, do not be embarrassed by the first floor, we recommend going up to the top floor, there is a beautiful view of the city from the far window.
Very tasty, the portions are huge among other establishments, the prices are cheap Iskander costs 400lir everywhere, and here 180lir, tea flatbread and adjika as a gift are very polite, I recommend that we gave 630lir for 4, elovek
We were there once, in March 2024, we came on the recommendation of an article on the Internet (apparently paid for). In fact, it is a very crowded place, many of whom also came after reading an article on the Internet about where to eat inexpensively and deliciously. The prices for dishes are 15-20 liras less (this is 50-60 rubles) than in neighboring quiet and cozy cafes, but you will get noise, hubbub and fuss, the portions are small. A modest dinner for three went out for 900 lire. Total - nothing special, we didn't go a second time.
We really liked it here. Good prices, delicious, fast cooking, friendly staff. They understand English and Russian. It's quiet inside. I advise you to come in.
We spent several days in Istanbul, went to different places to eat, but did not want to go back anywhere. We are having lunch here for the second time today and we have 3 days left, which means 3 lunches here. I really liked it, we recommend it. The food is delicious, the portions are large, the prices are affordable, the service is excellent. Thanks!!!
We found it on the tripedvizer, a good place, the kitchen is delicious. The only thing would be a better room for them... well, it's just quibbles. The prices, in comparison with other establishments, are very pleasant. The mutton didn't come in, but I'm not a fan of it either. We have been there several times and there are always a lot of people, there are also enough Europeans.
Carefully inspect the food before eating. I found a fragment of a wire sponge in a kebab. I told the waiters about it. They offered to replace the dish, but I refused. As a result, they didn't even make a discount. And even more, one of the dishes that I ordered was punched in the receipt but did not bring. After the story with the wire, I no longer insisted that they bring it, I thought they had completely forgotten about it. But no, they added it to the receipt)
Everything is very tasty and at reasonable prices for this area. I recommend it! Before this place, they did not eat tasty and expensive. Only now we have lunch there. The employees are well done , for all 800 liras
A delicious and inexpensive restaurant in Istanbul.
I've eaten here three times, and I liked all the dishes.

Of the advantages, I note that quickly, that's all…
I ordered a steak, they brought a very hard overcooked steak, I couldn't cut it with a knife, seeing my torment they brought a sharper knife, it didn't help much, the side dish is also terrible - just boiled pearl barley without salt and spices, and this dish is for 1800 rubles ...(600 lira)
The room has openings with a hood, it is stuffy and smells like a barbecue
A great place to have a snack and relax. Large portions and low prices make this place especially attractive. There is no alcohol here. They may not report something in puffs, but I still recommend it - no frills, but you won't leave hungry.
The staff speaks Russian, the food is not expensive with good quality. A large selection of European and local dishes. Lula is cooked deliciously. Traditional Turkish coffee is also of decent quality.
Our hotel was located next to this place, we walked around and on the way to the hotel decided to get a beer and something to eat, we saw this place. And we decided to take the order with us) we ordered chicken pizza and chicken shawarma, while waiting for the order with us, we were twice shocked by the fact that the waiter put his dirty hands in there from the French fries ordered by someone, calmly took the potatoes and put them in his mouth, thinking that we would not notice, and three times, it's generally trash, ofitz knocked over a plate of pita bread on the floor, picked up these pieces and calmly put them back in the plate and carried them upstairs to the visitors)))we were in such a shock😂 well, our order was cooked right in front of us)) the pizza was still nothing, but they didn't even eat shawarma,....it's not possible to eat, dry. Take care of yourself, and eat only where the Turks themselves eat) we made sure that then it is very tasty and decent there.... otherwise, they cook for tourists at random....
We ate here several times, it was very tasty. All floors are constantly packed with people (both locals and tourists), I think this is the best indicator of quality. Just get ready for the fact that there will be crowds of your compatriots who will sit at tables and speak very loudly badly about Turks and Turkey in general. We came across them every time, so it was they who spoiled the impression.
We took a kebab and coffee, about 240 lire came out for two. The kebab is greasy, but very tasty, a lot of local. I liked this place many times more than in the tourist ones, where the dishes are 4 times more expensive. The only disadvantage of the place is that it's hot inside
It's a good place, I've had dinner there several times. The prices are acceptable, the only thing is to speed up the submission of orders! Overall, I liked the place!
