One of the best hotels in Moscow Customer service Location, location, location Gym have all you need Biggest pool in the city Spa A lot of restaurants and bars in the hotel and near by and good ones Clean, comfy Guest relationship is amazing especially if you deal with Nadezhda The only concern i have that cant bring my reward level up even if i stay long enough in that hotel, cause its not part of radisson loyalty programm, but hopefully eventualy it will change

Last week stayed there for 3 nights. Actually didn’t like the hotel atmosphere. Breakfasts nice, but service not good. Staff in restaurant not attentive, snobbish, chatting with each others. It is not acceptable with such rate. Rooms classic, normal, nothing special. Reception and Consierge are very helpful and up to highest standards of hospitality.

Splendid Hotel, very nice, clean and spacious rooms, a very good breakfast buffet, lots of good restaurants, very professional and helpful Service, nice staff. Very highly recommend for a memorable stay at Moscow.
