December 2024 I was very satisfied with the hotel and the service. It is located in the Laleli district, to be more precise, not Fatih. There are several tram or metro stops to get to the main attractions. The hotel has a hammam, sauna and a 5x5(6x6) swimming pool somewhere like that. The hotel is small and has five floors. I immediately asked for a "quiet" number. A couple of people understand Russian. I lived on the 5th floor with a beautiful view of the city and a piece of the Aegean Sea.
The breakfasts are monotonous, but everything is delicious. Apples, pears from fruits.
We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in November 2023. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the sights, plus there is a metro station and a tram stop nearby. I liked the breakfasts, you can always choose something tasty and healthy. The room is quite spacious, with three beds. Cleaning and change of towels daily. The Internet is rather weak. The pool is small, there is a sauna. The rooftop pool does not work in the autumn-winter season, it's a pity. We took a cruise along the Bosphorus from the hotel with dinner and entertainment, we really liked it, good organization.
There are definitely more pluses than minuses. The price-quality ratio is good.
We stayed at this hotel for a week in June. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are great. The rooms are clean. Cleaning and changing of towels every day. But the biggest plus of this hotel is of course the location and the rooftop pool!
Three minutes from the metro, tram and all the sights nearby, also on the other side, clothing stores and a market start in 10 minutes, the prices are just a fairy tale!
We managed to walk up, buy up, get drunk and tan. I can't imagine not having access to the pool and sun lounger in such beautiful weather!

I was there from 11.11.2024 for four nights. I checked in late, the split climate control did not work well, I went to the reception in the morning, they fixed it and there were no more problems. At the reception, the Russian-speaking positive staff helped to print out some documents. Cleaning is daily, I left a dollar for cleaning and before the third night even the linen was completely changed. The view was of the food court.The shower cabin is half-open, a trickle can flow along the side, this is solved by putting an object on the side of the glass and the water does not flow to the floor. The restaurant at the hotel is very good, breakfast was included, we visited once and dinner - everything is at the highest level! The content is visible at breakfast-90% of the elderly are German speakers. When calling a taxi to the airport, the staff does not wind up a share, such as the Kent hotel. The food at the hotel is expensive, I walked through the tram tracks to Migros. The metro is nearby. I liked it, I think I'll check in here again another time.
Good location of the hotel, all the main attractions of the old part of the city are within walking distance, good rooms with relatively fresh renovation. The impression was spoiled by the person at the hotel reception, problems were not solved, and he was not very friendly, sent us several times to a paid dinner instead of a restaurant on the 1st floor in the basement, where a buffet breakfast was served. Thanks to the Russian-speaking girl who worked at the hotel for her help and responsiveness.

There is a sauna and a hammam, it is necessary to update the insulation near the entrance door in the sauna,the warm air goes out!,you need to put a water tank in the hammam, pour over the hammam,the hoses for water do not work there!

We stayed at the hotel from 02.02.24 to 08.02.24. There were 6 of us. We are accommodated in 3 rooms. At first on the 6th floor, but we didn't really like the attic with windows to the sky, and after the first night we were moved without talking to absolutely identical rooms with large windows and a view of the street. The staff is beyond praise. Friendly, helpful, ready to help in all matters. The assistance of the Guest Relations Administrator, Eje Sheng (Ece Sen), was especially important. She helped solve all issues related to transport in the city, sightseeing, shopping. Special thanks to her!

I am writing this review after more than a year of staying at this hotel. We stayed there in August 2022. The choice for this hotel fell due to the presence of a swimming pool in it. The choice was not mine, but my companion's, so I had to agree. The area where "this most wonderful" hotel is located is not to say that it is very decent, but we did not bother much, because we were going to Istanbul for impressions. In the evenings, it is very noisy from disco music in neighboring buildings, but this is not particularly annoying, you can get used to it, especially after excursions and kilometers traveled, you fall asleep tired quickly, despite the volume. A 4-star hotel does not pull from the word at all(((.... There were a lot of joints in the room, starting with a leaky toilet bowl to the flush button, but I'll give the staff their due, they reacted promptly to all requests. The breakfasts were normal, there were no complaints, the choice was not bad to eat, there was plenty to choose from. Now actually about what I'm writing this review for. One day they had the carelessness not to close the safe, there were passports and apple airpords headphones at that time of the latest model and found an empty case on departure, it was very unpleasant, because it was a gift, they turned to the reception, but they only spread their hands (( Draw conclusions yourself, it was a shame to say goodbye to Istanbul at such a a note. I will not advise this hotel to anyone, I shared my impressions with my travel agent so that I would not offer it to tourists. And yes, regarding the pool, it is very small and I would not consider it an advantage when choosing it. I hope my review will help someone😉
We have been to this hotel twice. We took a room with 1 large bed and 2 separate ones. In March, the room was cool, but the air conditioner saved.
The room cleaning is of high quality. The reception responds quickly.
